The Chieftain of the Dwarves.
Dwarf (Race) is a race in Chrono Cross, existing primarily in Home World's Hydra Marshes. They deify the Hydra and blame Serge for inspiring their barbaric ideals after he slays it. Subsequently, they sac and pillage the Fairy colony on Water Dragon Isle, hoping to demoralize the winged race by destroying their beloved leader, Rosetta. Building the Hi Ho Tank, their leader, the Dwarf Chieftain, attacks Serge in hopes of ensuring Dwarven victory against the Humans.
